• Extrajudicial collection: direct contacts with the debtor, meetings and notifications, agreements, confessions and debt novation;
• Judicial collection: legal proceedings, such as enforcement action and monitory action, with the collection of defaulted amounts included in executive bonds or signed agreements, judicially compelling the debtor to comply with his obligation, by constriction of assets.
